Join us for Friendsgiving at South Lake Brewing Company
The Marcella Foundation is excited to announce its first annual Friendsgiving, taking place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the South Lake Brewing Company in South Lake Tahoe. This festive gathering will bring together the community to celebrate the season, share your favorite food, and support a meaningful cause.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a key initiative of the Marcella Foundation that provides a free book to any child under five years old in El Dorado County. Over 2,500 children are part of this program, which is on track to distribute 30,000 free books this year.
How it works:
Cost: $150 per table (seats 6 people): Only one person needs to buy the table, and then you fill it with your friends!
Complementary Beer: Each table reservation comes with a complimentary pitcher of beer to kickstart the festivities. Additional beer and wine will be available for purchase.
Potluck Style: Guests are invited to bring their favorite dishes to share with your table. Each table is responsible for its own food, non-alcoholic drinks, plates, cups, cutlery, and decorations.
Live Music by Local Artist Christopher Hall: Enjoy live music from local South Lake Tahoe musician Christopher Hall
Raffle Prizes: Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win exciting prizes, with proceeds supporting the Imagination Library.
Table Decoration Contest: Attendees can get creative with table decorations, and the best-decorated table will receive a special prize.
