Welcoming Ryan Wallace: Director of Leadership and Volunteer Engagement

We're excited to introduce Ryan Wallace as the newest addition to the Marcella Foundation team, joining us in the crucial role of Director of Leadership and Volunteer Engagement. With over two decades of experience dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise and passion to our organization.

Ryan's journey is marked by his commitment to serving others. His extensive background includes working directly with disadvantaged youth in educational settings and serving as a premier wrestling coach for both professional MMA fighters and middle/high school wrestling teams. Through these experiences, Ryan has honed his skills in leadership development, mentorship, and fostering resilience in young individuals.

One of Ryan's most notable contributions is his creation of the Momentum Mentors concept. This innovative program has touched the lives of many, providing guidance and inspiration to those facing adversity. As a motivational speaker and mentor, Ryan shares his own experiences of overcoming challenges, including limb amputations and a teenage cancer diagnosis, to inspire and uplift others.

At the Marcella Foundation, we're thrilled to welcome Ryan on board as we embark on our mission to make a meaningful impact in our community. With his leadership, we are poised to develop a robust youth mentorship program that will empower the next generation to reach their full potential. Additionally, Ryan will play a pivotal role in expanding our volunteer base, enabling us to further our efforts in addressing critical issues such as food insecurity, literacy, and youth mentorship.
